Can’t get this picture out of my head….

I’m pretty sure he’s part Catahoula! :)

That sums it up…..

I love this picture because it pretty much sums up every day of Miles’s life!!!!
His days aren’t easy.. and by the time I get home he often looks like he’s just done with everything… much like this picture….

Sometimes I think he finds more comfort in bed time then we do! :)

Love you beebs….

Not for the squeamish…

Really not kidding when I say this isn’t for the squeamish!!!

I texted my sister to tell her about these video’s and all she could say was “Aaron, let that happen??”

You see, Aaron does not love his pets the way my family loves their pets. It took him a VERY long time to even allow Riddick on the couch or into our bed. So this….. this is a HUGE step!!!

I think we more let it happen because it’s been a tough transition for Riddick. He’s still not always sure about Miles and definitely doesn’t go out of his way to be nice to him or even acknowledge him.. so this is a step.. a baby step for him!!

(Although, I will give him credit because he does like to know where the baby is and even sleeps outside of his door when he’s asleep in his crib, and will jump up on the side of the crib to see him in the morning!)

You’ve been warned!!

Oh.. and I did use a wash cloth to kinda clean out the baby’s mouth, and let him chew on a wash cloth for awhile too! :)

Wordless Wednesday – Owie Finger..

You might be a blogger if….

You turn your head and see your baby falling out of his bouncy chair and run to get your camera instead of picking him up!!!!
In my defense… He LOVES to sit (stand??) like this… He does it in every bouncy chair… (we have 3!!) and the minute we put him back.. he starts scooting again..
Yes, I do realize there are straps for a reason, but this kid H-A-T-E-S to be strapped in.. so this alternative is actually better…..
I think maybe he just likes being able to reach the toys better! :)

(I think maybe I understand now why they put grips on the feet of infant pajamas.)
And hey.. He’s only fallen out of his swing 3 times now, and we have started keeping a pillow under it for a smoother fall… and he thinks it’s so funny every time he does it! :)
