Beeb’s has been completely fascinated with my water bottle lately and even learned how to drink out of it, so while wandering around Target today I found some sippy cups on clearance and decided to buy them for the future…
But when I got home I couldn’t resist the urge to try them out…
And he LOVED it!!! He did much better drinking out of it while laying back than sitting up. I was afraid he’d drink to much and choke, but he didn’t!
I can’t wait until it gets safer to give him water to drink. He is a baby after his own mama’s heart. He really likes drinking water. Right now I only let him have an ounce or so a day, but hopefully once he starts solids (that’s a whole other post!!) he’ll be able to have more..
I don’t think he’s quite ready for his “cuppy’s” yet but it was a good distraction for awhile today!

SO CUTE!! And I was going to tell you – at Abbi's 4 month appt, the doctor talked about starting on solids. I asked if I could wait because I'm SO not ready for that yet, and he said you can even wait up to 10 months! So I'm definitely not starting until at least 6 months.
